How quickly will I receive my designs?
Most design requests are completed within 1 to 3 days on average. However, more complex projects might take a bit longer to finalize.
How do I submit design requests?
We use Trello to manage all design requests, offering great flexibility. You can request designs by adding tasks directly in Trello, linking Google Docs or wireframes, or even recording a Loom video if you prefer to explain your ideas verbally. If it can be shared through Trello, it works!
Is there a limit to the number of requests I can make?
Nope! You can add as many design requests as you’d like to your queue, and we’ll work through them one at a time.
What if I don’t like the design?
Don’t worry—we’ll keep revising your design until you’re completely happy with the result.
What software do you use for design?
Most of our design work is completed using Figma.
What if I only have one design project?
No problem! You can subscribe, complete your project, and pause your plan when you’re done. This way, you can come back anytime you have new design needs without wasting your subscription time.
Why shouldn’t I just hire a full-time designer?
Hiring a senior designer can cost over $100,000 per year, plus benefits—not to mention the challenge of finding someone available. Additionally, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy, meaning you’re paying for idle time. With our flexible monthly plans, you only pay when you have work to be done, and you can pause or resume your subscription as needed.
Do you offer refunds if I’m unhappy with the service?
No refunds are provided due to the high-quality nature of the work.
Note: Subscription cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before renewal.
Are there any design services you don’t provide?
Yes, we don’t cover:
- Design: 3D modeling, animated graphics (e.g., GIFs), complex packaging, or extensive print design (e.g., magazines, books).
- Websites: Complex website development, systems creation, or integrations requiring back-end developers.
- Video: 3D animations using Blender or Cinema4D, and 2D character animations.
